2012 Setter/Hitter Camps

Camp 3 - Setter/Hitter Camp
The camp is designed to fine tune setting and hitting technique. The camp will be an intense camp with a lot of reps and one-on-one instruction. Hitters need to be physically prepared for heavy use of shoulders and legs. he camp will be led by new WNCC volleyball coach Giovana Melo, who was also a player for the Cougars, along with her assistants and Cougar players. Make sure you specify setter or hitter. Please be in good physical condition.

Dates: July 16 and 17
Times: 8:30-11:30 AM
& 1:30-3:30 PM both days.
Grades: 6th-9th
Location: Cougar Palace
