Nicole played at WNCC in 2001 and 2002 with Melo. She also helped the Cougars to a 104-14 record in two seasons and third place at nationals in 2001.

As her first season as an assistant coach for WNCC, Nic was Melo’s first hand and helped guided the cougars to such a successful season.
